The company started in August 1999 following a number of requests for my training and consultancy services within the fields of mental health and learning disabilities.

My clients include NHS Trusts, Social Work departments, housing associations, independent providers, charities, Universities and voluntary organisations throughout the UK.

I pride myself in delivering up-to-date information with regards to current legislative requirements including the Care Standards Act (2000) http://www.opsi.gov.uk, and the National Minimum Standards http://www.skillsforcare.org.uk

Part of keeping up-to-date  is my role as an external examiner for City & Guilds for both the Certificate in Community Mental Health Care and the Certificate in Working with People who have Learning Disabilities, which I feel ensures all participants attending my workshops can integrate the learning with the current qualification frameworks.
